The eSCC is made
up of an Executive Committee at EU level, supported by Working Groups at Member
State level.
The Executive Committee
has overall responsibility for co-ordinating eSCC activities at EU level.
Members of the EU Executive Committee pay an annual subscription.
Membership of National Working Groups, which pursue solutions
appropriate to each individual member state, is free of charge. Instead of a
fee, members of national Working Groups contribute their own time or other
in-kind resources.
A Consultation Group is also under development for non fee-paying
supporters of eSCC objectives from user industries. For more details on the
